The DeKalb Park District provides recreation opportunities for all residents and encourages participation by everyone. Programs and services are subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as other applicable laws regarding nondiscrimination. We are happy to make reasonable modifications to assist anyone with health or disability needs who wants to participate in a program. Please notify the staff in advance of the program's start date for any modifications. This advance notice allows us to make more effective plans so your participation will be safe and enjoyable. If you need Park District materials in a special format such as Braille, large print or audio cassette, please call the District at 815-758-6663.
The Park District provides a grievance process for resolving any ADA complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of a disability. The goal of the process is to resolve any complaint promptly and effectively.

Kishwaukee Special Recreation Association Kishwaukee Special Recreation Association (KSRA) provides specialized services and programming for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities. Kishwaukee SRA is a cooperative organization between the DeKalb, Sycamore, and Genoa Park Districts.
