Bump, set, and spike with your friends in our 6-on-6 indoor adult co-ed volleyball league. Teams play a round-robin season, plus a post-season tournament.

Pickleball Leagues
Ages 16+
Tuesdays • 6:00 - 8:30 PM

Round-robin, 6-week league with up to 16 players. Allocated 90 minutes to play 6 games each week. Leagues compete with a different partner and against a different pair of opponents each week. This is a competitive league.

Open Pickleball offered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - noon is included in the annual Combo, Open Gym, and Active Adult Annual Membership Fees with the exception of Thursday Night Pickleball Challenge, pop-up Drop-In Pickleball on Wednesdays nights, and Pickleball Leagues.

Join a great soccer community this Fall! 10 game sessions. Register as a team! Players may not move teams after the season starts; team subs must be paid, rostered players. - Team fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Additional player fees may be paid in advance by contacting (815) 758-7756 or visiting the Sports & Recreation Center during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Pay Additional Player Fees and Non-Resident Fees due one week before the first games

Teen/Adult S.A.M.A. Karate of DeKalb
Ages 14+
Tuesdays & Thursdays • 7:30- 8:30 PM
Haish Gymnasium, Large Gym
Learn discipline, focus, self-confidence, coordination, fitness, self-defense and more through the study of karate. Classes are taught by Sensei Shannon Marbutt and his assistants. Belt, tests, uniforms, and other equipment are available at reasonable fees payable to the instructor. Voted "The Best" Martial Arts programs in 2022 DeKalb County's Finest, as part of the Daily Chronicle Reader's Choice Awards.

Kobudo Training
Ages 14+
Wednesday • 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Haish Gymnasium, Large Gym
Kobudo is a traditional Okinawan martial art that focuses on using various defenses. Students will gain training in nunchucks, sai, bo, staff, kali and more. Participants must be currently enrolled in a S.A.M.A. karate program to participate. This class is designed for students in advanced class, all ages welcome. Please bring your own defenses to class- some will be provided the first day of class.

Participant Code of Conduct
DeKalb Park District requires all athletic staff, coaches, players, parents and spectators to abide by a "Code of Conduct" with the following guidelines:
- Show respect to all participants, staff, and spectators.
- Refrain from using foul language.
- Refrain from inflicting bodily harm upon other participants, staff, and spectators.
- Show respect for equipment, supplies and facilities.
Additional guidelines may be developed as deemed necessary. DeKalb Park District reserves the right to dismiss a participant or spectator for inappropriate conduct. Each situation will be evaluated on its own merit.
