Adult Coed Cornhole Bags Tournament

Indoor Soccer Team Fee & Registration Process
- Pay Initial Team Fee (must be paid in full) Please note that spring team fees are different than the fall and winter team fees (see above).
- $700 initial team fee includes 10 resident players ($800 ALL non-resident team).
- The $700 R/ $800 NR team fee can be paid online, over the phone, via mail, or in-person.
- Teams paying $700 will owe $10 per non-resident rostered player of the original 10 players.
- Submit Completed Team Roster Minimum of 10 players (incomplete team rosters will not be accepted) to ajuricic@dekalbparkdistrict.com
- In-person or mailed to the Sports & Recreation Center, 1765 S. 4th Street, DeKalb, IL 60115
- Pay Additional Player Fees and Non-Resident Fees due one week prior to the first games
- Additional Player Fees (above 10 players) - $40 R/$50 NR per player
- Non-resident fees (if owed from initial 10 player roster) - $10 per player
Please Note: Teams must register with team fee and completed roster. Players must prove residency to receive resident rates.
Participant Code of Conduct
DeKalb Park District requires all athletic staff, coaches, players, parents and spectators to abide by a "Code of Conduct" with the following guidelines:
Show respect to all participants, staff & spectator.
Refrain from using foul language.
Refrain from inflicting bodily harm upon other participants, staff & spectators.
Show respect for equipment, supplies and facilities.
Additional guidelines may be developed as deemed necessary. DeKalb Park District reserves the right to dismiss a participant or spectator for inappropriate conduct. Each situation will be evaluated on its own merit.
