Holiday House Decorating Contest

DeKalb, help us brighten the community in our third annual DeKalb Holiday House Decorating Contest!
We will be awarding prizes for the Best Overall Theme, Light Up the Town, and People's Choice. All displays will be judged by Park District staff on December 7 between 4:00 - 10:00 pm (residents do not need to be present for judging). This contest is for DeKalb residents only. Addresses of all entries will be published in local media unless specified otherwise at the time of registration. The winner for Best Overall Theme and Light Up the Town (Staff Picks), as well as participating addresses, will be published on December 8. All displays will also be judged online through the District Facebook page for a People's Choice award, December 8 - 15. The image with the most “likes” by 9:00 pm on December 15 wins! The People’s Choice winner will be officially announced on December 16. Winners will receive a prize package.
Fee: $5 per house
Registration Deadline: December 6 (or until full)
