Call of the Wild!

DeKalb, IL- Calling all young adventurous boys, ages 3-13, and the moms they’re wild about, ages 18+, to a safari-themed event with the DeKalb Park District’s Mom/Son Safari Night on Friday, November 17. 

Join staff for an exciting evening of animal-themed music, games, entertainment, pizza, snacks, and refreshments at Haish Gym at 303 South 9th Street. All attendees are invited to enjoy a memory-making expedition from 6:00-7:30 pm. There will even be a LIVE animal show courtesy of Animal Quest. All young explorers will go home with a safari-themed keepsake.

“We can’t wait for you to join us for a night of safari fun with the Park District for our second mother/son event,” commented Superintendent of Recreation Chrissy Tluczek.
