Is your child taking an interest in sports, but doesn’t have a favorite yet? The All Sorts of Sports Camp will explore a variety of both traditional and lesser-known sports each day.

Let's Make a Mess!

Stay busy this summer by making a mess without worrying about your house! Let us handle the mess for you as we tackle slime, shaving cream, paint, and more in tons of fun activities. Mess guaranteed, so dress appropriately!

DeKalb Explorers

Get the behind-the-scenes tour of the town you know and love! This camp will hit the road to explore behind the scenes of local attractions such as the DeKalb airport, Ellwood House, and more! Our camp will include some famous custard and a water day in the park!

Pickleball Camp

Ages 8-13 • Sports & Recreation Center, East Gym

Get a jump start on the youth pickleball trend as this sport is being incorporated into high school and college sports teams! Join PPR certified instructor Mary Gawrys to learn all about this sport: rules, scoring, the dink, volley, serve and more. Weather permitting, we will venture out to the brand-new outdoor courts at Hopkins Park.

radKIDS Camp

Ages 5-12 • Sports & Recreation Center

Since 2001 radKIDS has become the National Leader in Children's Safety Education. Empowering children and parents with a revolutionary skill-based curriculum, that strengthens children's personal boundaries and parental confidence. Join us this summer break to learn how to replace fear with knowledge, skill, and power, by enhancing a child's critical thinking abilities and physical resistance skills. This program provides the opportunity for children to recognize, avoid, resist, and if necessary escape violence or harm while remaining joyful and safer in our world today.

Theater Camp: A Play in a Week

Lights, camera, action! In just one week, campers will act, sing, and dance their way to an exciting final performance. Each day will be filled with fun theater games, play rehearsals, and creative activities to bring an original play to life. Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping on stage for the first time, this camp is the perfect place to build confidence, make new friends, and shine in the spotlight.
