DeKalb, IL-Staff is thinking warm thoughts this winter with the Hopkins Pool Pass ‘Aloha Week’ Flash Sale! Starting Monday, February 6 through Monday, February 13, Hopkins Pool Passes will be an additional 5% off Early Bird Rates and nearly 15% off full-price 2023 Pool Season Pass Rates. 

During the Aloha Week Flash Sale, resident pricing will be as follows: Active Adult Passes for ages 55+ $42.75 (full price $45), Individuals $80.75 (full price $90), a Family of Four $114 (full price $135), and each additional pass will be just $19 (full price $25). Children, ages 3 and under, are FREE regardless of resident status or sale dates. 

Non-resident pricing will be as follows: Active Adult for ages 55+ $53.20 (full price $56), Individual $104.98 (full price $117), and each additional pass will be just $24.70 (full price $30.50). There is no Non-resident Family of Four option this year, however, non-residents may purchase an Individual or Active Adult Pass and add additional members. 

“The Park District cannot wait to welcome everyone back for another pool season,” stated Superintendent of Recreation, Andrea Juricic. “It’s hard to believe staff will begin to fill the pool in just a short three months. We hope many can take advantage of these savings and join us this summer.”

Hopkins Pool, located at 1403 Sycamore Road, opens daily for the 2023 season on May 27 - August 13 and will be open on weekends only, August 19 – September 4. The aquatic facility features a zero-depth kiddie pool with an interactive play structure, a lap pool with two water slides, a diving well with both a low and high dive, and concessions stand area. Daily admission fees are $6 for residents and $10 for non-residents. 

These discounted rates will be available during the flash sale dates only; however, Early Bird Rates are available until April 30, 2023. If you are a DeKalb resident and the cost of pool passes is financially burdensome, the Dekalb Park District Scholarship Assistance Program is available for qualifying participants.
